  The folks at All Bargain Car Rentals were terrific. When other car rental companies couldn't help, this company was able to provide me with a vehicle for an emergency need. The service was great and the company was easy to deal with.

  If u value safety and reliable customer service, I would not recommend this rental company, especially if u need the car for more than a couple of days.
  
  Their price is certainly a bargain, but I suspect that the cars they rented to me were not checked properly/ regularly before leasing, which may be required for older car models.
  
  Customers' experiences may vary but here's mine -
  1) Picked up the first car and started hearing different loud noises coming from the front of the car/ engine compartment within 10 mins of driving it.
  
  2) Got a replacement car that worked fine until the 3rd/4th day when I was driving quite a distance away from home. In the middle of the trip, the engine started vibrating violently and the orange engine icon appeared on the dashboard. The issue persists even after I restarted the engine. I hurried to parked at a petrol station and had to pay for an Uber to get home.
  
  The next day, I remained cordial throughout my communication with the staff, and even rented another car from another company to drive to their office and hand them the car keys since they claimed to be unable to access the faulty car without it.
  
  My frustration began when I asked for a cancellation and refund, only to find that they were charging me for the day when the car broke down, as well as the day after. As I have already informed them that the car was faulty and unsafe to be driven, I disputed the bill.
  They eventually agreed to refund the charges for the day after the break down, and will waive the estimated refuel price of $59 (half a tank of fuel was used).
  
  I asked for the charge for the day of the breakdown to be waived too, as I couldn't go ahead with plans due to the breakdown, and even had to pay for an Uber to get back home.
  My request was denied on the basis that more than half the day went by before the incident was reported.
  
  What was most infuriating is that the staff made it out like they were doing me a favour for not charging me the refueling fee on the faulty car.They actually implied that I got more out of it, since the refuel charge ($59) would have cost more than a day of rental.
  The truth is, because of the faulty car, I ended up paying close to $80 - the Uber ride home and the day's rental, which they insisted on charging me. Not to mention two days of cancelled plans due to the incident, which really defeats the purpose of renting a car.
  
  Having gone through a stressful situation with little assistance, it was topped off with terrible customer service. Not a single word of apology or an explanation was given throughout the process, despite leasing out two faulty cars. Frankly, no one really seemed to care. A shockingly disappointing experience.

  I highly recommend All Bargain Car Rentals. Visiting from QLD, I hired a top notch little Toyota Corolla for the week. No problems with car. The whole process was easy. When I returned the car a week later I was impressed when they gave me a lift to the train station to set my on my journey back to the Airport Thanks Blake.

  Returned a car earlier than supposed to, no any troubles. Very friendly staff. Car in good condition, clean ,run well. Thanks to everyone at All Bargain Rentals!
