When another Mercedes mechanic couldnt diagnose that there was an issue with my car I didnt know where to turn. Daniel took the time to listen to me about how the car was behaving, dropped everything to run diagnostics and managed to locate the issue. He was able to accommodate completing my repair while i was on holiday and I have had no problems since. I can sincerely say I will only bring my car to Mercstar for future services.
